KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research
a. Conduct research related to the development of the group sustainability strategy across our different verticals
b. Contribute to analysis and deep dives into topics that are related to social issues (example, community engagement, human rights, employee welfare), and/or environmental issues (example, energy management, emissions, waste management)
c. Stay abreast of sustainability trends and prepare monthly sustainability newsletter
2. Implementation
a. Handle the ongoing rollout of Sustainability initiatives at our Singapore office: desk research, feasibility studies, employee engagement, small event management, etc. Focus areas (non-exhaustive list): Scope 3 emissions, waste and water management, employee welfare, and green procurement.
3. Data Management
a. Support on migrating information to group-wide software
b. Prepare and enter data for Singapore Office
c. Support with basic data auditing
4. Coordination:
a. Internal sustainability-related communication and meeting coordination with our Business Units and external parties
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge in and passion for corporate sustainability
• Good command of IT, including proficiency in MS Office, Canva
• Ability to conduct interdisciplinary research, work independently on assigned tasks and deliver high-quality output
• Ability to work remotely at times when needed
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills Including the ability to work well within diverse teams in different cultural contexts
• Clear and organised presentation skills
• Strong ethical orientation and aligned values

• Internship is strictly for a minimum term of 4 months
