Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Factory Manager
• Assisting in preparing production schedules and timelines
• Estimating the costs of the production process, raw materials, and other equipment
• Ensuring that the quality and company standards are met
• Coordinating with the team members to ensure the production process is completed on time
• Checking the inventory and placing orders for raw materials and spare parts
• Handling any customer queries
• Addressing any production disputes and diverting the urgent ones to the Factory Manager
• Creating and maintaining a report of the production status
• Assisting in hiring and training new team members
• Ensuring that all safety and health procedures are followed at all times
• Reviewing the production budget and suggesting improvement measure

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering and Technology Engineering or an equivalent qualification related field
• 3-5 years of work experience in the Production industry as an Assistant Production Manager, Production Associate, or a similar position
• Complete knowledge of the production process, safety, and health protocols
• Familiarity with the production metrics
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

1. Menyediakan makanan sesuai dengan menu yang dibuat oleh Catering Supervisor dan telah disetujui Client.
2. Membuat permintaan barang yang akan dimasak kepada storeman atas persetujuan Supervisor.
3. Memeriksa dan mengatur masakan dan kelengkapannya.
4. Bersama-sama Cook lainnya dan Baker, menyediakan pesanan makanan untuk pesta dan acara khusus lainnya.
5. Bisa mengatur waktu sehingga masakan/bungkusan selesai tepat pada waktunya.
6. Mengatur pemakaian bahan-bahan dan peralatan penunjang agar tidak terjadi pemborosan.

4. Menyiapkan menu diet untuk orang yang sedang diet atas rekomendasi oleh Team Medik perusahaan
5. Melakukan konsultasi gizi & merancang program yang terencana dengan atas koordinasi & permintaan dari wakil Chevron Health & Medical Services untuk pekerja yang direkomendasikan. Hasil-hasil konsultasi harus di follow up & dilaporkan secara detail kepada Health & Medical Services setempat.
