Project Manager (Brand Operations)

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to champion brand consistency across our tech client’s APAC go-to-market (GTM) activations. You'll be the guardian of our client’s brand, ensuring that every campaign, event, and piece of content aligns with their brand guidelines and messaging. If you're passionate about AI, possess exceptional project management skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you. 

Role: 

• Champion brand consistency: Ensure all GTM activities across APAC adhere to our brand guidelines and messaging.
• Manage brand review process: Scrutinize brand-related content (e.g., website copy, social media posts, presentations) to ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams: Work closely with product marketing to maintain a GTM activity calendar for leadership visibility.
• Maintain playbooks: Stay updated on brand changes and ensure regional playbooks reflect the latest, collaborating with agencies on collateral updates.
• Stay informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer needs in APAC.
• Foster relationships: Build strong relationships with key partners and agencies across the region.
• Manage projects: Deliver projects on time and within budget, adapting to changing deadlines and priorities.
• Communicate effectively: Provide clear and concise communication to global and local stakeholders.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house capacity working in a technology or entertainment company  in project management

• Passionate about AI: possess a strong understanding of industry trends.
• Adaptable: Able to manage ambiguity and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
• Project management expert: Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communicator: Able to create clarity, provide clear instructions, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across APAC.

Join us as our new Human Resource Executive

We are looking for experienced Human Resource Executive to join our Human Resources Team; a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.

As the Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for providing best practice and advice and managing HR/ER/IR matters as they arise for our Singapore and Philippines office with extended support for our Indonesia and South Korea office. Ideally with 3-5 years' experience of working in HR, you will also lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer management, whilst also ensuring company HR policies are compliant with labour laws and regulations.

• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources and Employment related field, or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant and recent work experience ideally in the Resource Energy sector
• Strong knowledge of employment laws in Singapore (essential) & Philippines (highly regarded), HR practices, and compliance requirements.
• Highly confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined person with sound management and organisational skills
• The ability to perform, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Must be able to perform and achieve at a high level with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ, including psychosocial safety
• The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic project environment driven by deadlines
