The DCBO leads and manages the OCBO programs for EXIM's offices. • Advising on and responding to subpoenas issued to the Commission and its staff for testimony and production of documents and handling any litigation relating to those subpoenas.
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda addressing legal developments relating to the FOIA, the Privacy Act, the Right to Financial Privacy Act, the Federal Tort Claims Act, Bivens actions, and discovery.
