About the Role as OnSite Account Co-Ordinator:

Gi Group is seeking a dedicated Onsite Account Coordinator to join our team at our clients Tray Wash Plant in Warrington (WA1). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied role with a mix of office-based and on-the-floor responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities of an Account Coordinator:

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of our temporary workforce.

Factory Floor Presence: Regularly visit the factory floor to oversee the temp workforce, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues.

Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job adverts, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and booking hours.

Shift Meetings: Attend and contribute to shift meetings, ensuring clear communication between all parties.
Administrative Duties: Utilise Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.

About You:

Romanian speaking would be an advantage due to the nature of the candidate demographic on-site with our client.

Experience: You have experience with Excel and Outlook, as well as a background in customer service.

Adaptability: You're flexible and can cover shifts from 06:00 - 18:30 (8 Hour Shifts, 5 Days out of 7 will include at least 1 working day over the weekend)

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proactive: You're proactive and can handle a variety of tasks efficiently.

Team Player: You work well within a team and are happy to go above and beyond to support your colleagues and the temporary workforce.
