Reporting daily to the Remedial's Manager the Water Hygiene Fitter / Plumber will be responsible for completing primarily remedial
and small project works; but also planned maintenance when workloads dictate.

As a Water Hygiene Fitter / Plumber you will be hard working, organised and have untiring attention to detail. This is a field
based role requiring you to travel each day and stop away on occasion. You will be responsible for meeting quality, technical and
safety standards, hitting performance and punctuality targets and producing accurate and timely service reports.

About the role:




* Plumbing, tank replacements and remedial works as instructed and in accordance with current standards
* Planned maintenance when work load dictates
* Assessment of jobs in advance, and contribute to the planning of labour and materials necessary to complete the works

What you’ll need:



Essential Skills

Excellent work history in plumbing of domestic water systems, including removal of dead legs and working with copper and plastic
pipework

* Experience of carrying out planned and remedial maintenance work within the Water Hygiene industry, including TMV servicing and
C&D of cold water storage tanks.
* Ability to work on own initiative and lead jobs when required.
* Full and valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable Experience

Preference will be given to applicants who meet both the above and all or part of the details below.

* A recognised plumbing qualification, for example C&G, NVQ Level 2 or higher
* Experience of installing or servicing Softeners, RO or CL02 equipment
* An unvented water heater qualification
* Experience of using a Tablet PC to receive, update and report on Work Orders

You will join a high profile dedicated Pharmacy Clinical Trials Team working within our new Pharmacy Medicines Research Unit at UHCW where you will be based. What is the job role?

We are looking for someone to oversee and coordinate new projects that are currently being piloted within the Skills and Employment Team supporting residents and our culturally diverse communities.

The post holder will be required to lead, co-ordinate and facilitate the projects and able to analyse, understand and interpret data, as well as covering a range of duties directed by the Project Lead. You will represent the Service across a wide range of forums and will need to demonstrate effective communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

The Estates Property Manager will provide efficient, effective and professional property management services for UHCW NHS Trust to agreed key performance indicators. They will develop strong relationships with landlords, including NHS Property Services, Community Health Partnerships and others as part of the Trusts property portfolio.

Develop and manage formal leases and licences with partners and landlords as appropriate.

Carry out the Tenant Representative function to those buildings where the Trust is tenant.

Working with tenants and landlords to provide “fit for purpose” buildings ensuring appropriate maintenance and landlord services are carried out in line with the agreed formal lease.

• Responsible for the management of the Community Property Services on behalf of UHCW including the line management to Admin staff.
• Responsible for the liaison and lease negotiations for new property agreements as both tenant and landlord and all commercial related property matters.

• Attend all building user group meetings with landlords and ensure service provision is as per the terms of the lease. Ensuring that the maintenance regime is being followed from both an adhoc Planned Preventative Maintenance point of view.
• Take the lead on the search for and setting up new accommodation requirements from feasibility to occupation. This will involve liaising with Trust staff, Lawyers, Land Agents etc.
• To work with all landlords to develop, maintain, implement, monitor and report on property condition, functional suitability, quality and space utilisation.
• Ensure policies and procedures that are necessary to maintain the property management services meet the required standards, are in place and regularly reviewed.
• Ensure that systems are in place so that risk assessments of all the Trusts and designated premises are carried out in accordance with Trust policies.
