The Family Care Division is looking to recruit a member of staff to join the Divisional Quality Governance Team. This is an opportunity for someone with an interest and experience in quality governance and risk management. - Following up on quotes to obtain sales order
- Support customers with order queries
- Offer an excellent customer service admin experience - adhering to SLA on customer contact
- Prioritise order work loads with excellent commercial understanding
- Data Processing orders into SAP and CRM
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Develop a good understanding of products and work to offer customers alternative services/ products where relevant, upsell products where appropriate (no sales target) demonstrate commercial awareness of sales opportunities

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous sales administration experience ideally in a relevant sector (manufacturing/ engineering)
- Knowledge of CRM
- Knowledge of SAP - advantage not essential
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Excellent customer service administration skills

Your new role


The job roles we have vary depending on the needs of the different schools we work with and can be on a full or part-time basis. Supply teaching suits those who have a passion for teaching and can be flexible and adaptable, due to the diversity of the schools we work with. The schools will be looking for someone with strong and adaptable classroom skills as you will be covering the class for the day; the job is open to ECT's as well as those with more experience within the foundation stage.


The successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities within a Reception / Foundation class, along with working with others in the year to form a collaborative team. Due to the nature of the jobs, you need to be comfortable planning, marking and assessing National Curriculum schemes of work as dependent on the length of the job, this may be a requirement. If you like the challenge of working in multiple primary schools in Chesterfield, with the possibility of a different school each day, then this is the job for you!


What you'll need to succeed

• You should have experience within an EYFS or Primary role for at least 20 days within the last 2 years.
• Experience teaching in a Primary School.
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a UK QTS and a PGCE
• Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum, ideally at Foundation Stage

General Responsibilities To maintain patient confidentiality at all times. To actively participate in the staff appraisal process. KEY RESULT AREAS Carry out medicines administration to selected patent in accordance with prescription requirements To undertake competency based training in the preparation and administration of medicines To be competent in the administration of prescribed medicines to allocated inpatients against an inpatient prescription following the Trusts Medicines Management policy To undertake a range of checks on the preparation and administration of medicines including injectables, and Controlled Drugs in accordance with the Medicines Management policy To accurately record the administration of medicines on the inpatient prescription and promote the safe and timely administration of medicines. Offer information and advice to patients when administering medicines. To report any Adverse Drug Reaction(s) to a senior nurse or medical staff Support patients wishing to self-administer their own medicines To contribute to handover of patient related information to medical and nursing teams To work with nursing and medical staff to improve the quality of care provided to inpatients To identify and resolve, by referring to the prescriber, pharmacist or patients notes where necessary, problems and errors in prescribing of a technical nature To work with ward and dispensary based pharmacy teams to improve the quality and efficiency of medicines management to hospital inpatients, ensuring compliance with national standards (e.g. CQC, RPSGB) To dispense medicines in accordance with professional, legal and ethical standards and in agreement with departmental performance standards To provide a source of advice and expertise on matters relating to the provision of medicines and medicines information at discharge. To collect data relating to the activity of the post, undertake audits work and assessment of patient experience To use the electronic prescribing and medicines administration system (EPMA), ensuring that patient data is updated in a timely manner. To provide necessary training for medical and nursing staff, with regular updates if changes are made To support ward / department nursing staff in meeting the required standards for the Safe and Secure handling of medicines, including participation in Audit initiatives
