You will deliver access to long term, flexible, multi staged support and help remove barriers through the creation of a bespoke, personalised package based on individual need.

• You will maintain a professional Helpdesk service at all times, keeping customers informed of the progress of issues logged on the Helpdesk.
• To complete the daily printing of all works orders.

- Empowering Independence: Provide active support to keep the gentlemen engaged, with some 1:1 support for the youngest resident.

- Daily Living Support: Assist with varying levels personal care, meal preparation, and medication as needed.

We are looking for a highly motivated person with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate well developed administrative, ICT and communicative skills with the ability to work independently and to deal with work pressures.
