• Works with the Director of Operations, Air Mobility Command in planning, organizing, and overseeing activities designed to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data elements to identify and characterize safety related trends in aviation/mobility operations.
• Makes periodic and comprehensive assessment and evaluation of organizational goals and objectives to provide a basis for long-range planning to enhance the organization's management capabilities.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To serve as special advisor to the AMC/A3 and Mobility Guardian planning and execution staffs with responsibility for planning, directing, organizing and exercising control over Mobility Guardian planning and execution.

DUTIES:

1. Leads, plans, organizes, administers and directs the activities of the Mobility Guardian Staff, ensuring that financial management, budget, computer support, personnel management and manpower activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet security and developmentally needs of the population served.
2. Exercise supervisory personnel responsibilities.
3. Provides advice and assistance to HQ AMC leaders and international officials regarding manpower, financial management, budget, real estate and computer support to effectively meet current and long-range program goals and objectives.
4. Participates in community activities, conducts and attends briefings, meetings and conferences with local organizations (i.e. Chambers of Commerce, Kiwanis, etc.) to support the exercise.
5. Provides overall management and direction of facilities for Mobility Guardian and any other assigned special events in support of the exercise.

1. Observes, documents, and evaluates carrier and contractor performance. Inspects contractor's performance at owner's residence and at warehouse during packing, crating, loading, shipping, unloading, uncrating and unpacking.
2. Counsels members regarding policies and procedures for the proper preparation of personal property for shipment and/or storage, including specialized items, to domestic and overseas locations.
3. Prepares documentation reporting carrier performance using automated systems. Observes, documents, and evaluates performance of contractor on packing, containerization, and local drayage of personal property.
4. Provides oversight of the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) contract. Serves as a Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE), functionally qualified to ensure the Air Force receives quality contractor performed services and pays only for acceptable services received.

1. Serves as personal property counselor. Conducts individual or classroom sessions to counsel all authorized military members and civilian employees of their entitlements for shipment and storage of personal property and privately owned vehicles, including specialized items, to domestic and overseas locations.
2. Plans and processes Personally Procured Move (PPM) incentive payments through the local Finance Office. Determines, advises, and consults with members on personal needs in light of entitlements based on rank, years of service, and type and amount of property to be moved.
3. Reviews Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and Temporary Duty (TDY) travel orders, determine entitlements, and make complete travel arrangements for active duty military, reserve component members, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, and dependents for worldwide travel to include remote and isolated sites.
4. Performs other clerical and administrative tasks in support of the transportation work. Prepares requests to recover excess costs, instructions on office procedures, requests for information, item descriptions, reports, and routine letters.

• Evaluates, develops and directs overall Fuels Contingency Planning management policies and programs applicable during contingencies for Air Mobility Command locations throughout the US Transportation Command area of responsibility (AOR).
• Develops and manages Fuels deliberate plans, Designed Operational Capability (DOC) Statements, TPFDDS, Joint Quarterly Readiness Review (JQRR) inputs and leads the review team for site surveys/SATAFs.
• Plans logistics Fuels support for the warfighting Commands by working with Air Staff, other Services, US TRANSCOM, and other Unified Commands, AMC and other MAJCOMS throughout DOD to determine Fuels requirements in support of major and smaller scale contingencies.
• Represents the AMC logistics management fuels community at higher management-level meetings within the organization, and at MAJCOM, HQ USAF, DOD, and other agencies.

• Serve as a senior advisor for transportation, deployment, distribution, supply chain management.
• Review, evaluate, and analyze distribution network performance to identify potential issues and process improvement opportunities in the distribution network using business intelligence software and analytical tools.

The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to serve as the Plans and Integration branch supervisor providing technical development of assigned work force and management of wing's readiness/deployment programs. 1. Materiel Management Supply Chain: Requires the performance of Materiel Management Specialist and Logistics Supply Chain Manager duties to include but not limited to extensive use and knowledge of the Accountability Property System of Record (APSR), collaborating with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), as well as with sister services or other sources of supply when required.
2. Manages the Accountability Property System of Record (APSR) to ensure all wartime taskings are supportable relative to various systems for the ANG.
3. Attends worldwide meetings as the ANG representative. Participates in AF level conferences, working groups, and meetings as the ANG Representative ensuring ANG senior level awareness and engagement.
