Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a Manager/Senior Executive, Games Services (Transportation) for an internationally acclaimed event in 2025, you play a pivotal role to support the Deputy Director to ensure the event's success and the safety of all involved. Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating these critical functions to ensure the smooth and secure execution of the event.
In this role, You will,
1. Transportation
● Ensure the efficient and organized movement of athletes, officials, staff, and equipment to and from various venues and locations during the event.
● Manage driver sourcing.
● Liase with vendor on driver management and traffic coordination, working closely with local traffic authorities.
● Execute transportation plan for various client groups with varying service levels.
● Coordinate post-event transport logistics and emergency response.
● Develop and implement contingency plans for transportation-related emergencies.
● Support other Transport Operations when necessary
2. Inter-Venue Transport Operations
● Plan and manage inter-venue transport operations, pickup and drop-off points for Athletes, Officials and media at venues.
● Collaborate with various functional areas for Inter-Venue transport operations.
● Establish shuttle services schedule with vendor.
● Manage inter-venue transport operations incident management
3. Administrative
● Assist National Federations in VISA enquiries
● Processing of Visa Invitation Letter
● Extraction and tabulate of General Management System’s reports or data
● Attend all project, functional-level and team-level meetings
● Prepare or edit transport concept plan in powerpoint

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
● A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, event management, with a focus on transportation and safety, preferably in sports or large-scale events.
● Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Logistics, Event Management, or a related field.
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
● Strong ability to write and engage with stakeholders.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
● Familiarity with the aquatic sports industry is an advantage.
● Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed during the event, including weekends and holidays.
