Job Responsibilities:
• Drive sales for a range of pharmaceutical products in the ethical sales channel with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Support and execute innovative marketing initiatives.
• Achieve call frequency targets and consistently meet or exceed top-line sales targets in the assigned territories through solution selling methodologies.
• Other duties and responsibilities as time-to-time entrusted by your immediate manager
Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma with relevant min 2-3 years of selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Local Singaporean/PR
• Proactive achiever who is self-driven and enthusiastic to learn, with strong passion towards pharmaceutical sales
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Good presentation and territorial management skills.
• IT Savvy, Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Words, Microsoft Teams/Zooms.
Salary range:
• Basic Salary per month
• Transportation allowance, Handphone allowance
• Monthly sales incentive
