This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing professional to join a developing business in the Cardiff region. This role will be well suited to a candidate with a strong grounding in a scientific discipline to drive sales and marketing campaigns. The business are in a growth phase and this is a vital acquisition for the business to further develop business growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and industry events.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about our testing services.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Qualification in a scientific discipline - biotechnology, biochemistry, biology.
- Experience working in a sales and marketing function.
- Technical sales experience.
