Role Overview:

As a B2B Sales Representative (office and field based) you will be responsible for promoting innovative building system to councils, housing associations, schools, and similar organisations across the UK. Your key responsibilities include:

• Travelling across the UK to meet with potential clients, presenting the benefits of our fireproof panel system (all promotional literature provided).
• Business development and relationship-building with both new and existing clients.
• Managing your own diary, booking appointments, and following up with leads.
• Selling our products and services, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
• Cold calling to develop new opportunities and generate business.
• Another element of the role will be to visit wholesalers and distributors to promote the company's range of passive fire products, as a leader in the UK.

Key Requirements:

You will work with the technical sales & commercial team in order to develop new business opportunities, acquiring new clients and account managing to develop long-term relationships. Title: German Speaking Sales Representative

Location: Dover

Salary: £24000

Our client based in Dover, Kent are one of the UK's most successful third-party freight booking and customs clearance agents. They are currently looking to appoint a fluent German speaker on a full time, permanent contract.

Working in a team of five, reporting to the Department Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small section of our English and German speaking client base while looking for opportunities to develop and expand the services we are providing to those customers. You will have the opportunity to utilise both languages on a daily basis.

To fulfil this role, we require a candidate who is proficient in German, has a solid customer service background, is numerate and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages, good computer literacy and experience of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.

Main tasks

Making bookings on clients behalf on ferry services throughout Europe
