The Key Duties of the Internal Sales Executive:

Due to continued business growth and expansion we are looking to recruit a confident sales administrator for a leading manufacturer based in Leeds City centre. You will eb working for one of the world's largest manufacturers of specialist products for the construction industry, with offices around the world.

The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service and support to clients and the sales team. You will process orders, produce invoices, deal with incoming enquiries and provide accurate quotations.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
·To answer all incoming customer calls and deal with enquiries
·Produce accurate quotations
·Process orders accurately
·Produce invoices
·Provide technical information and support
·Maintain and update all product and customer information the system
·Liaise with suppliers
·Pland and coordinate delivery schedules

Sales Administrator Requirements:
·Previous experience in a similar role
·Experience using ERP systems or CRMS
·Excellent customer service and administration skills
·A background in electrical or manufacturing distribution would be beneficial
