About the role:
As the Purchasing and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the purchasing process and optimising operational efficiency within Caley Timber. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing cycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, and enhancing operational processes to meet company objectives.
You will also play a key role working with our third-party suppliers as regards facilitating health and safety actions and as part of a national buying group.
Some UK travel as part of this role is expected once or twice per month.
