Job Scope:

• Customer management; including complaints/ reject, tracking, monitoring and expediting customers' order base on forecasted demand.
• Supplier management; including understanding suppliers' capacity constraint to ensure assurance of supply, tracking and monitoring suppliers' performance.
• Periodic cost down and lead time reduction initiatives.
• Arranging and following up closely the air or sea freight with forwarder to ensure smooth custom clearance/shipment directly from suppliers to end customers globally; at the right quality/price/quantity/time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year related experience in purchasing.
• Proficiency in English is a MUST, while proficiency in Chinese/ Mandarin is highly preferable but not prerequisite.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven experience in corresponding and communicating with suppliers/ forwarders/ customers at international level.
• Multitasking, good sense of time management and able to handle stress and meet multiple deadlines
• Hands on with Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Word
• Familiar with SAP system is an added advantage
• Prioritize for candidate able to work immediately

• Sourcing, evaluating, comparing and negotiating prices to obtain the ideal supply options and compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Conduct strategic negotiations with vendors/suppliers and multi-sourcing activities to minimize costs.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze purchase orders and delivery time with the aim to reduce operating capital.
• Analyze current procurement activities and recommend improvement plan, also work with the operations team on cost-savings initiatives.
• Review the quality of purchased products.
• Track office stocks and place orders when necessary
• Arrange and coordination of incoming and outgoing parcels.

Responsibilities:

Compares prices amongst various vendors in order to make sound purchasing decisions.
Manage within a given budget to purchase goods and services.
Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.
Negotiate with contractors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time.
Monitoring PO,DO and invoices for accuracy, and authorizes the accounts payable department to issue payment.
Analyse the performance of certain vendors in order to decide whether or not to continue buying from them.
Input data concerning inventory and Purchase Orders into a computer database.

Requirements: 

Proven working experience as a procurement executive
Talent in negotiations and networking.
Familiarity in collecting and analyzing data.
Possess a relevant Diploma/ Degree
