Warehouse Operative - Tyre Manufacturing Factory (Bourne, Lincs)
We're looking for a hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our clients team at a busy tyre manufacturing factory in Bourne, Lincolnshire. This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of a fast-paced team ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards.
Full training provided
for all aspects of the role.
Location:
* Bourne, Lincolnshire (Own transport is essential due to the factory's location).
Salary:
* £11.47 per hour
* Overtime: £17.21 per hour
* Monthly attendance bonus: £150 (equivalent to an extra £0.87 per hour)
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, no weekends
* Rotating shifts: 6 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm
Main Duties:
*Casing Inspection:
Conduct visual checks of tyre casings as part of the production process.
*Machine Operation:
Operate the diagnostic machine used in the casing inspection process.
*Quality Control:
Ensure tyre quality meets company standards throughout production.
*Manual Handling:
Move and organise casings; this is a physically demanding role.
*Forklift Operations:
While an FLT licence is preferred, it's not essential, training can be provided for the right candidate.
