Cell Leader
Roles and responsibilities
• Carry out tasks, that you’ve only received training on
• Working to and monitoring Goods Manufacturing Practices (GMP) – Will be given on induction
• Good hygiene, House Keeping, and working to Health and Safety
• Report any product defect or accidents
• Assigning roles and instructions to team members
• Completing Audits
• Filling in relevant paperwork
• Motivating and encouraging team members to achieve targets
• Raising ideas, suggestions for process improvement or efficiency
• Must be fluent in English Reading, Writing, and Speaking
• Process information, Manage and Prioritise Tasks
Pay Rate
£13.84 Per Hour to start
Shift Times
2:30pm to 10:30pm Fixed Shifts
