Morson Talent is recruiting for one of our prestigious clients new to the Hoddesdon area. We are on the lookout for production operatives, no experience required. As a PO you will need to test, clean, and repack items returned by clients (Hoovers, air fryers, wireless routers). You will be Performing sortation of parts at both ends of the return line, wrapping/securing completed pallets (in addition to moving them around with the use of a pallet truck). You would be dealing with returns. Also you will be supporting your team with daily tasks, as there is a small team on each shift.

Skills needed:

* Basic IT skills, as you will need to use computers
* Team player, due to working on a small team
* Communicative English skill set

Job offer:

* Shifts available - 7am - 15:30pm - 14:00pm - 22:00pm
* Pay rate £11.44 hourly rate
* Overtime paid at x1.25 or x1.50 dependent to what days is done

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Hoddesdon

Pay: £28k per year / Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hour flexi time (choose your hours)

Our client is looking for a Production Supervisor, your role will be preparing fresh batches of drinks, hands on, weighing, lifting and blending before filling the jars and packaging through a semi-automatic filling line.

Job Description:

· Producing numerous recipes to a weekly schedule in a hands-on drink kitchen

· Measuring accurately weighing wet and dry ingredients

· Lifting over 20kg

· Cleaning, numerous cleaning chemicals alongside PPE on shift across all equipment

· Filling and capping, supervising a 1000 bottle / per hour semi automatic production line

· Team working along side a tight team of 2 – 3 in the kitchen

· Packaging, labeling and case building

· Flexibility, helping when called upon in other departments

· Improving, by asking why and spotting areas of improvements

· Attention to detail, repeatably crossing the Ts and dotting the Is across all tasks

· Recipe sheets, infilling timely and accurately

· Food safety standards, enforcing high level of standards to EHO & SALSA accreditation

· CCP enforcing standards on every batch

· Enforcing high level of standards to EHO & SALSA accreditation

Skills Required:

· Leading and management – shift running in the absence of the production manager

· Batch running, ensuring all process is adhered to every batch

· Minimum 1 year in a similar role

· Clean as you go mentally

· Organised, positive and hardworking

· Experience with soft drinks manufacturer

· Knowledge of EHO & SALSA food safety systems

· Self initiative
