BROAD FUNCTION

To manage effectively, coordinate with maintenance team on Building maintenance, facilities, fixtures fittings and equipment’s preventive maintenance program.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. All plant building maintenance, inclusive minor electrical works and other plant related works.
2. Responsible for maintenance and operation of the facility (including electrical systems, mechanical systems, janitorial services, and all other aspects of the business’ operations).
3. Responsible for building and equipment maintenance programs including plumbing, Electrical works, HVAC, fire/ life safety systems, plant utilities and facilities.
4. General maintenance on the chillers, A/C & up keeping
5. Inspection, maintenance of all support system including fire alarm system.
6. Incoming raw water system, water chilling system maintenance & Up keeping
7. Incoming gas receiving & usage monitoring
8. Supporting to Mechanical Engineer & Supervisor on all mechanical related work.
9. Maintenance of silo system pumps & up keeping
10. Manages energy conservation programs and tracks utility usage/ costs.
11. Investigates or ensures adequate investigation of all incidents and facilitates corrective action to prevent future occurrence.
12. Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical
2. Minimum 1 ~ 2 year of experience preferably in Manufacturing   
3. Computer Literate.
4. Good analytical skills and proactive.
5. Good communication skills at all levels.
6. Able to work under pressure
7. Good team player and able to multi-tasks.
8. Able to commit to 12-hour shifts/normal working hours according to organization requirement
9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Training will be provided)

12. 管理和領導承包商、供應商和服務提供者執行維護工作。

教育、技能和經驗

1. 機械證書或文憑
2. 至少 1 ~ 2 年製造經驗優先
3. 懂電腦。
4. 良好的分析能力和積極主動的態度。
5. 各個層級都有良好的溝通能力。
6. 能夠在壓力下工作
7. 良好的團隊合作精神，能夠同時處理多項任務。
8. 能夠根據組織要求承擔12小時輪班/正常工作時間
