Job Responsibilities:

Business License Management: 

Oversee the application, renewal, and management of all business licenses and permits required for branch operations.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveyor, Project Management or relevant field

I have a post for an experienced General Multi Trade to join our repairs Team covering South London.

The role -

This is a permanent post, offering a market leading package to join us full time,

Working with the Day to Day maintenance team, you will be working in properties in South London doing mostly minor Tiling, Painting Decorating, some Joinery and basic Plumbing.

We are looking for people who can carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'.

Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.00 am and 5.00 pm (Monday - Friday) - 40 hours per week - Company Van included.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Fitter is a key member of the Site based team.  The Fitter will be a hands-on operational role, with responsibility for partnering with the OEM equipment providers (Amut and Starlinger & Eurema ) on operational start up and ongoing accountability for the performance and running of the equipment. 

About this opportunity

The position will provide hands on support on all aspects of maintenance and upkeep of all manufacturing assets, the maintenance budget, managing contractors and helping execute strategies to enhance the performance of the maintenance function and related assets.

This position will drive the continuous improvement of all maintenance to support operational improvement goals whilst be flexible in doing overtime during and post commissioning.

You will build and maintain a collaborative relationship between maintenance and production, ensuring effective support to the Area Managers and their teams in executing safety, quality and operational improvements.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Contribute to  Root Cause Analysis invetsigations on all critical failures of plant and ensure action items derived are implemented and sustained
• Actively support the implementation of capital projects 
• Demonstrate genuine safety-first leadership, leading by example
• Ensuring reliability and maintainability of all equipment is at or above target levels
• Plan and manage all maintenance work effectively with production, ensuring minimal disruption and downtime as possible
• Periodically review all parts holdings on site to ensure they are up to date and stock records are accurate
• Assess critical assets on an ongoing basis and implement defined actions to mitigate or minimise business risk
• Planning and executing shutdowns

Job Description:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will report directly to the General Manager and work within a small, multi-skilled maintenance team. Your primary responsibility will be to perform planned and reactive maintenance on the site's production equipment, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reactive and proactive maintenance on production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Complete routine maintenance schedules consistently and on time.
* Install new equipment as required and provide input for its integration.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the production equipment.
* Actively participate in summer and winter overhauls to maintain and repair plant equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Knowledge of PLC's, Servo Drives, Robotics, and Line Automation is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* High attention to detail, strong concern for standards, and a results-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility to work shifts as required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach, capable of engaging with production and maintenance colleagues, as well as management.

Salary & Shifts
Salary is up to £45k (DOE) plus shift allowance. The dayshift is 7am - 3:15pm and the backshift is 3pm - 11:15pm which equates to 38.75 hours a week.
