POSITION SUMMARY:
A Marcom Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication
strategies that effectively convey the Resort’s message to its target audience. This role encompasses a wide range of activities, including content creation, public relations, digital marketing, and branding. Works closely with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
A candidate who is not only skilled in marketing but also has a strong understanding of communication strategies and brand management.
Key Responsibilities of a Marcom Manager:
A Marcom Manager plays a crucial role in driving the Resort’s marketing efforts. Here are the core
responsibilities that define this role:
Developing Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing communication plans that align with the Resort’s objectives and target audience.
Content Creation: Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, newsletters, and social media posts.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and platforms, and monitor brand perception.
Public Relations: Manage media relations and develop press releases to communicate Resort news and achievements.
Digital Marketing: To optimize online presence and engagement through SEO, PPC, and social media.
Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
