Experienced Information Coordinator required to join a £100M new build educational facility in Southampton, Hampshire. This is a project for a longstanding framework client with a good pipeline of future work local.
Role of Information Coordinator:
You will be joining a highly experienced team and reporting into the Lead Information Coordinator, whilst working alongside the digital & design team.
Responsibilities for Information Coordinator
The Information Coordinator role will include management of data, documents and systems for stakeholders, clients and the business. Ensuring all information is filed following business standard and procedure. Monitor submissions, TQs, RFIs and digital dashboards.
Requirements for Information Coordinator
You will be an experienced Information Coordinator or ambitious Site Administrator with a proven track record working on similar schemes of a similar value. Key attributes include previous experience using Viewpoint, strong communication skills both written and verbal and drive and dedication to get work done in a timely manner.
The client are a leading Tier 1 construction contractor with offices nationwide. The Information Coordinator role will be joining their busy southern region, with future projects covering Hampshire, Dorset and Surrey. Traditionally projects range from £5M - £300MM.
