• Be responsible for the collection and collation of relevant data to enable monitoring, analysis and reporting of HR information as required by Service Groups, the Trust and external organisations.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of both electronic and paper based filing systems. This includes the safe storage, retrieval, retention and disposal.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of an Attendance Management function that ensures the business complies with relevant legislation.
• To provide professional advice, support and guidance relating to the Managing attendance Protocol and associated terms and conditions in line with the policies and procedures and Human Resources best practice across all staff groupings at all levels.

Salary: £26,420

Permanent, Monday - Friday (40 hours)

An opportunity has arisen for Nursery Practitioner with Level 3 qualification in early years or equivalent to join a well-established childcare nursery.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5, supporting the daily operations of the nursery, and fostering strong partnerships with parents.

You will be responsible for:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations within your room.

- Support the room manager with effective room management and planning.

- Observe, assess, and plan for each child's individual needs.

- Uphold safeguarding practices and ensure adherence to nursery policies.

- Develop trusting relationships with parents and work closely with outside professionals.

What we are looking for:

- Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioneror in a similar role.

- Experience working in a nursery setting.

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

- Good GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
