Job purpose
The main duty is to support HR operation in HQ/Centres. You will be involved in the wide spectrum of HR management such as payroll administration, performance management, staff benefits, rewards & recognition, HRM system, and exit management. You are also required to maintain updated records in HRM system and monitor contract renewals, work pass application and renewal, practicing certificate and confirmation assessment.
Duties and responsibilities
· Preparation of monthly payroll and salary reports.
· Preparation of government agencies submission such as CPF/IRAS/FWL/NS etc.
· Application and monitoring of work pass.
· Assist in annual performance appraisal, salary review and variable bonus exercise.
· Regularly review HR policies and procedures that comply with legislation.
· Upkeep of HRMS to ensure employee data is updated.
· Support events and festival celebrations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
· A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or its equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in NPO such as CCO/SSA will be an added advantage.
· Good attitude, meticulous, high adaptability and resourceful.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking and strong convincing skills.
· Able to start work within short notice
