Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Primary Responsibilities

• Support in the recruitment and selection process; source, screen and interview of candidates
• Administer on-boarding and off-boarding processes of new hires and leavers
• Manage the employee life-cycle including employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, reference checks as well as work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Update employee movements into HRIS
• Prepare weekly headcount reports
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives

Secondary Responsibilities

• Report & submit Work Injury Compensation claims
• Verify and process transport claims (Grab transport & Cabcharge invoices)
• Assist in completing MOM and other government surveys
• Prepare monthly payroll advice & e-claims report for payroll to process
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Exposure to HR operations and experience in hospitality industry would be an advantage
