Beauty Merchandiser – Flexible

Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.


What will I get in return?


Training: Provided in full and you are paid – This will be in December and paid before Christmas
Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision



Travel: Regionally, 50 to 80 miles of your home
Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers
Hours: 8 hr days
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable
Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects

The Role: What you will do?

The Health and Wellbeing Coach will work in the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire community providing health and lifestyle coaching and care co-ordination within their areas.

This will include:

• Independently running health & wellbeing workshops/exercise classes in a group, in a virtual setting or face to face to NHS service users experiencing mental wellbeing difficulties, who may also experience long term health conditions.
• Independently conducting health & lifestyle initial appointments and 1-1 sessions via telephone or video call. The Healthy Living Healthy Minds programme aims to help improve service user’s wellbeing by focusing on improving lifestyle factors, such as physical activity levels and healthier eating. Thus, in-depth coaching sessions are important to address the causes and barriers to improving lifestyle.
• Contributing to the Healthy Living Healthy Minds programme development and assisting in producing resources.
• For candidates who do not hold the training for Level 3 GP Referral (also known as Level 3 Exercise Referral), this will be provided and will be expected to be completed within the first 6 months of employment (funded by Vita Health Group).

This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Minimum level 3 accredited qualification in personal training or exercise instruction (such as REPs or CIMSPA)
• Experience of delivering face-to-face or virtual exercise classes
• Experience of working individually and within a team
• Ability to encourage behavioural changes, and design individualised health & wellbeing plans
• Sound health and wellbeing knowledge including exercise and nutrition
• Experience of working with people experiencing mental wellbeing difficulties
• Willingness to work Wednesday evenings
• Basic knowledge of the Talking Therapies mental health service
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Adept in time management and prioritisation
• Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
• Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

Desirable:

• Level 3 GP Referral (Also known as Level 3 Exercise Referral)
• Certificate / diploma in behavioural change, personal coaching, or motivational interviewing

To file/retrieve Health and Social Care Records on a daily basis and in accordance with agreed Trust Policies and Procedures. 2. To assist in maintaining the Health and Social Care Records in a tidy order while transferring between departments. 3. To ensure that the incoming/outgoing post is in a tidy order ready for despatch and on occasions deliver Health & Social Care Records to other areas. 4. To be able to assist with Death Registration. 5. To liaise with professional/administrative staff within the Trust on issues relevant to Health and Social Care Records. 6. To receive telephone calls and enquiries in relation to Health and Social Care Records issues and to be able to respond appropriately. 7. To assist in the sorting of incoming mail and to ensure outgoing mail is despatched by maintaining current agreed systems. 8. To liaise with external agencies ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act and the Subject Access Request process as part of this. Also providing administrative support in response to a SAR. 9. To support the Records Manager in collating information required for both clinical and administrative processes and to provide statistical information as requested by the Records Manager. 10.
