Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in business reporting services.
• Manage master data for material ledger, inventory valuation, production planning, and cost accounting.
• Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting functions, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Conduct monthly and year-end financial tasks, such as price calculations, inventory valuation, and budget revisions.
• Perform analysis of cost variations, production costs, and capacity utilization.
• Provide business analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, acting as a business partner to suggest and discuss solutions.
• Act as a backup for managerial tasks and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, or business studies.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on business reporting and General Ledger (GL) accounting.
• Candidates with lesser than 2 years of working experiences or fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
• Background in overhead management, shared services, or audit is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent communication skills in English.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct thorough functional and regression testing on iOS, Android, API, and web applications.
• Execute manual test cases and document any defects or inconsistencies in the software.
• Collaborate with product owners and app developer teams to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Report, track, and manage defects, ensuring issues are resolved before product release.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, including test results, defect counts, and quality metrics.
• Assist in developing test plans and test cases based on requirement documents and user stories.
• Maintain a focus on privacy and security guidelines, ensuring these are consistently applied in testing processes.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to provide insights from a QA perspective.
• Ability to derive test cases from requirement documents and user stories.
• Attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards in software quality.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation tools is beneficial but not required at this stage.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology
• Preferably at least 3 years experience in software testing, preferably in mobile and web applications.
• Strong knowledge of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies and best practices.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written.
