This broker works with a long-established book of third sector clients, so the role involves no sales. Your duties will centre around claims oversight and policy administration, providing high quality customer service and assistance to colleagues including
- Answering incoming calls/emails
- Receiving claims, notifying insurers, and acting as an intermediary throughout the claims process.
- Preparing quarterly reports and sending to clients.
- Policy renewals, adjustments, and general policy administration.
To be considered you must be educated to degree level with sound written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manor. You must have very high professional standard of work including thorough attention to detail and accuracy, and a consistent commitment to excellence. Candidates with degrees focusing on legal, business, insurance or financial services will be desirable however all backgrounds will be considered if you are able to display to right attributes to succeed.
