CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a recognised hospitality venue based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who have the requirement to hire an Interim Finance Manager. This assignment is expected to last two to three months although does have potential to convert to a permanent role.
What will the Interim Finance Manager role involve?
• Daily management of the finance function including two transactional staff members;
• Monthly management reporting including cash flow reporting;
• Business partnering with General Manager and other non-finance stakeholders;
• Support with some aspects of transactional accounting when required;
• Ad hoc analytical work to support the wider business.
Suitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Manager vacancy:
• An ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification is highly beneficial;
• Previous experience working in an all encompassing Finance Manager role is required;
• Experience working in a hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential;
• Knowledge of Xero or Sage is also beneficial.
