RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time contract staff or intern. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing Grants data from various Letters of Award (LOAs), contracts and other sources to support audit compliance, management reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze LOAs/contracts to extract relevant data points, including key terms, obligations, and deadlines. Input and maintain accurate data in our database.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information in LOAs/contracts and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist in developing and refining data collection processes and templates for efficiency.
• May be required to perform additional duties as requested.

• Undergraduate specialising in Accountancy, Business or IT. All other courses are welcome as well.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Finance Administrator (4 - 5 month role)

Working Location: South, Accessible from Tanjong Pagar MRT

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (5 days work week)

Job Description:

1. Support in Profit Management Activities

- Gather, Consolidate & Monitor Profit (including preparing & maintaining tracking sheets)

- Review department submission and clarify variance with department

- Perform forecast, variance analysis and monitor monthly Profit movement

- Assist in the preparation of Annual & Mid-Long Term Profit Plan Preparation activities

- Assist in management reporting activities and other adhoc Profit related tasks

2. Support in Budget Control Activities

- Perform & manage SAP system budget control process including budget transfer

- Provide appropriate advice to Budget PICs relating to budget transfer, expenses charging and other budget control related matters

3. Support in Project Evaluation activities

- Review & Evaluate projects before submission for management approval

- Track project progress and compliance with company guidelines.

4. Filing and Administrative work is required
