- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating planning, developing scopes of work (SOW) and/or Performance Work Statements (PWS) and assist Engineering with the same.
- Establish responsibilities and set expectations for contractors.
- Control and manage the project budgets and schedules.
- Serve as the Project Manager responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned facilities projects.
- Responsible overall for contracts assigned from inception through final inspection and acceptance.
- Provide system control, oversight, data entry, repair history, analysis and documentation of the ongoing maintenance control program for equipment including electrical and mechanical operating equipment, machinery, miscellaneous tools.
