Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Data Standards and Assurance, Data Engineering, and Finance Information teams. Oversee recruitment, performance management, and professional development of team members. Ensure teams deliver high-quality data solutions and reporting. Data Standards and Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain data standards policies in compliance with NHS guidelines. Lead data quality audits and promote best practices for data collection. Strategic Data Engineering: Act as the strategic and architectural lead for data engineering within the Trust.
