About the role

Working closely with the SLT you will be providing excellent administrative and customer services to a variety of stakeholders, establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes to support the effective running of the school with a focus on operational excellence and to meet the current and future needs of the school.

Responsibilities

To provide an effective, timely and confidential administration support to staff and managers as required
To ensure that relevant records and documents are kept up to date and are stored securely and confidentially at all times
To respond timely and with flexibility to urgent or last-minute staff/school requirements as a service providing function of the school
To support other colleagues with work that requires extra members of staff to complete the tasks

Your new role
This vacancy will support the HR Advisor and HR Manager with administration for a variety of duties as required. Responsibilities include:

What you'll need to succeed

You will have knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office suite applications, as well as good basic knowledge of employment rights and diversity/equality issues within the workplace. It is essential to have good written and verbal communication skills and be self-motivated, organised, and flexible to manage conflicting workload demands with a keen eye for detail. About the role

The SENCO Administrator will help ensure that Special Education Needs provision is effective and efficiently managed and that all legal and statutory requirements are met for students needing SEN.

The SENCO Administrator will take on a support role for administration for the school SENCO’s. This would involve collating data and information from a variety of systems to help inform EHCP reviews and other meetings.

The aim of the role is to support the SENCO and promote each pupil’s individual learning by working with the Head of Education to ensure that EHCP outcomes are fulfilled whilst also ensuring a positive, caring environment is maintained.

This well known manufacturing business based in Suffolk are looking for an experienced Training Manager, to own and implement the site training plan.
Your new role
As the site Training lead you will build, maintain and implement a site training strategy for the business, maintaining the training records ensuring they are compliant and audit ready. You will utilise the NVolve learning management system to ensure it is utilised to maximum functionality. You will oversee site induction processes ensuring materials are kept up to date with new legislation as required by law, working closely with Health & Safety to ensure best practice.
You will conduct Train the Trainer courses where necessary, overseeing the on-the-line training instructors to ensure compliance to company standards, be fully involved with pre-audit preparations and represent the training department in any audits as requested.

Ideally, you will hold a Diploma/Degree in L&D or training, coupled with Train the Trainer or PETALS qualification. Trainee or Experienced Print Operative with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills as well as great attention to detail is required for the Production Digital team of a well-established company based in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

Job Title: English Teacher (KS3) With the potential of additional SENCo responsibilities

Location: Bramfield House School, Suffolk

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 4:45pm Monday to Thursday 8.15 – 3.pm Friday

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an English Teacher (KS3) to join our close-knit team at Bramfield House School located in Suffolk.

About the role

You will be delivering inclusive, responsive and innovative teaching and learning within
the curriculum area of English. You will constantly strive to produce outstanding/good teaching and learning at all times to ensure that all learners succeed. Under the reasonable direction of the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, carry out the professional duties of a school Teacher as set out in the current School policies.

You will be delivering literacy lessons across the school and the strategy around reading, writing and oracy across the key stages 3 and you will be instrumental in the development of a literacy culture at Bramfield House School.

You will oversee the English Delivery for the middle school as well as literacy interventions from HLTA’s or instructors, you will work alongside the SENCo to put in place interventions to raise standards of literacy for your classes. With the potential of additional SENCo responsibilities.

You will teach in accordance with the ethos, organisation and policies of the school as a fully committed member of the teaching team and as detailed in the specific duties and core standards below.

Areas of Responsibilities

Be responsible for the learning and the achievement of all pupils in your classes ensuring equality of opportunity for all.
Planning and preparing long term and medium-term plans.
Knowledge of the relevant course content.
Create a purposeful learning environment.
Teaching, according to individual educational needs, the pupils assigned to him/her, including the setting and marking of work to be carried out by the pupils in school
and elsewhere.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role

To work as part of ‘one team’ at Bramfield House School to facilitate the everyday education and care of young people with SEMH
To plan, organise and deliver the curriculum relevant to key stage and specific subject area/s to best meet pupils’ individual special education needs.
To work in a trans-disciplinary capacity to facilitate the ‘One Team’ approach to support and link academic and social/ behavioural progress in line with pupils’ individual learning needs.
To practice with a high degree of competence with the aim of reducing barriers to learning and participation in the classroom, leading to all pupils achieving their learning potential.
Key Result Areas

Plan, prepare and deliver lessons and learning programmes (short, medium and long-term) based on the National Curriculum, and specific accreditation requirements, with consideration of individual pupils needs as outlined in their EHCPs.
Maintain stimulating learning environments through engaging teaching strategies and activities; display of pupil work, level descriptors and other materials; and any other in- or out-of-classroom activities that will encourage participation in learning.
Maintain relevant records and prepare reports to ensure that the school is able to monitor and manage individual and group progress and achievement in accordance with statutory and accreditation requirements.
Set and monitor targets for achievement and behaviour in conjunction with key staff members based on individual pupil needs and potential, and overall progression targets for the school.
