- You will direct, plan, manage and coordinate DPTMS programs and resources.
- You will draft and prepare executive correspondence and reports to higher headquarters, subordinate and serviced activities.
- You will execute the military training program in support of garrison.
- You will administer the Army military personnel testing program; manages training ammunition; and provides training aid support to all active and reserve component personnel.
- You will develop and execute all contingency plans necessary for rapid reaction to domestic emergencies, acts of terrorism, and natural disasters associated with earthquakes and weather phenomena.
- You will coordinate installation plans with all major tenant units, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and state and local emergency management agencies.
- You will direct the garrison's personnel security, intelligence and counterintelligence programs.
- You will manage and controls the programs and operations through more than two lines of supervision.
