To use a comprehensive range of verbal and non-verbal communication tools to communicate effectively with patients, their careers and families and colleagues, GP's, and external agencies such as the police; social services; voluntary sectors supporting those with mental health issues. This may include people who may have difficulties with understanding or communication.
To work in partnership with patients to agree goals and treatment proposals, gaining valid informed consent.
To have a working knowledge and understanding of the relevant legal frameworks: Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, NHS and Community Care Act, National Assistance Act and fulfil the statutory duties of the NHS and the local authorities.
To work in partnership with patients to assess their progress against mutually agreed goals, amending care plan as appropriate.
To plan, develop, create group programmes, and deliver a range of therapeutic interventions in line with professional requirements (appendix 1) and in accordance with the job specification.
To demonstrate good skills in being responsible for own time management and the prioritisation of a caseload.
Develop comprehensive contingency/safety plans in the event of a crisis with patients, families, and carers.
To manage patient discharge in a safe and timely manner, ensuring liaison with primary care colleagues and community-based resources and agencies such as MIND Restore, Turning Point, police, social services etc. where appropriate: To ensure that family and carers are where appropriate advised of the patients discharge arrangements: with timely completion of documentation.
To participate in clinical/professional and managerial supervision. Provide supervision to voluntary staff and students.
To manage and contain stressful and emotional situations in an empathetic manner supporting patients and their families and colleagues, seeking advice where appropriate.

An exciting opportnity has arisen for Service Engineer / Plumber with3 years of experience as a field service supervisor in pumping or cooling systems in construction to join a prominent consultancy, specialising in rainwater harvesting and water management services.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in conducting site surveys and installing systems with utmost precision. Ths is a mobilerolewith occasional office days in UB6.

Training will be provided during 3 month training and evaluation periodfor the product line, including rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems.

You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing and ensuring the proper functioning of various components

- Performing planned and reactive maintenance.

- Identifying and troubleshooting faults.

- Managing after-sales services.

- Conducting product tests and repairs.

- Engaging in occasional office work.

What we are looking for:

- Previously worked as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a field service supervisor in pumping or cooling systems in construction.

- Level 3 plumbing qualification, ideally with a Gold Plumber's CSCS Card.

- Skilled in MS Office, 2D/3D drawing interpretation.

- Valid driving licence (25 years or older).
