Customer Service Admin CRC : 4 on 4 off Days

Pay rate: from £11.90/hr

We are currently recruiting for Admin roles for Curry's Warehouse based in Long Hollow Way, Coddington, Newark NG24 2NH

You will be provided with full training by our client, training that will enable you to work across a variety of departments. This is an ongoing position.

Details:

• Salary: Currently £11.90/hour Days
• Working hours: 4 on 4 off, day shift, hours can differ based on Department you will be working in, there are also a few Monday to Friday shifts available for the right candidates
• Immediate starts

Role of an Admin:

• Communicating with internal and external customers
• Completing administrative tasks including producing data for reporting
• Supporting the wider team with queries or support where required
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships
• Establishing high standards of quality and performance
• Carrying out activities that train, develop and enable team to perform well
• Identifying and improving processes
• Ensuring there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the workplace.
• Responding to changing priorities and work streams with agility.

• Some experience or exposure to providing customer service
• A track record of providing excellent administrative support
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team
• Ability to inspire and motivate
• Take the lead when necessary, ensuring the team members pull in the same direction
• Act by example, by demonstrating our values daily
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
• Great standard of spoken and written English language

Customer Services Officer needed in Nottingham, Beeston, £11.44ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1383215

The main duties include operating the Council switchboard. This is a busy section, handling up to 1000 telephone calls each week.

This is a Full- time post which is offered on the following hours:

Monday 08:30 to 17:00

Tuesday 08:30 to 17:00

Wednesday 08:30 to 17:00

Thursday 08:30 to 17:00

Friday 08:30 to 16:30

As a Customer Services Assistant you’ll be talking to lots of different people who call up. Sorting out any questions they have and transferring to the correct department they wish to access.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
