About The Role
As a Manager in the Client Service Team, you will act as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts. Your role is to partner with our clients to understand their knowledge gaps and identify experts with the most relevant experience and knowledge that can address them and lead a team of Associates.
Working location: D1, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Including 1 hour break)

The Client Service Team is the revenue epicenter of our business. Hard work, drive, and commitment to delivering value will put you on track to becoming a Manager in 1.5 years and a Vice President in 5 years
Your key responsibilities shall include
- To build an Associate’s core research skills through commercial acumen, sales, and time management while reinforcing custom recruitment
- To provide a project management upskilling opportunity for custom recruitment research capable Associates
- To provide a mentoring upskilling opportunity for Associates capable of custom recruitment research and project management in order to develop multi-disciplinary Associates and prepare them for promotion.
- Reviewing client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conduct high level industry and company research to identify the most relevant experts.
- Reach out to experts on a regular basis to screen and validate their knowledge and relevance on specific projects
- Think critically and fast, conduct high-level research into industries and companies, and identify the best experts ensuring they have the most relevant experience and knowledge to address our clients’ questions.
- Ensure our clients’ best interests throughout our collaboration, while safeguarding their data and information
- 2+ years of experience in information service industry, with at least 1 year of experience in managerial roles.
- Skilled in sales, time management & prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication skills.
- A client service mentality, which means you are committed to go beyond your clients’ needs to deliver true value.
- Fluent English is a must; Fluency in another language such as Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, Filipino is a huge plus.
