We have a great opportunity for a Night Shift Construction Manager working with a fit out contractor in Central London on a project due to run for circa 9-10 months.

The Projects are valued circa £500K-£3M and tend to be fit out projects. You will be responsible for managing the site and will have to be quite an expert in logistics and they will include some external works also.

You will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The project is working in a live environment throughout the day thus the need for a night manager to come in and push the programme at night, it is essential that the manager is a programme pusher. The project will involve, Alterations, Welding, Hot works meaning H&S is an absolute must.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• Have CAT A / B Fit Out experience
• Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
• Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
• Major experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs

Job Vacancy for a full time Admin Officer in a prestigious property management company in central London, Kings cross.

You will be trained an involved in all aspects of the property management, maintaining rent database records, raising invoices, book keeping and supporting our in house property management team team.

The successful candidate must be computer literate, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good numerical skills and be a good team player. You must have a drive and willingness to learn and develop your professional skills and abilities in the property sector.

Duties include but are not limited to:
•Provide general office management duties – including ordering of office supplies, overseeing general office upkeep
• Assist in the coordination of projects and team activities.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
•Work closely with property managers to help meet deadlines as and when required.
•Work closely with maintenance administrator and able to liaise with contractors/landlords/other staff in the provision of the day-to-day maintenance service.

Experience:
- Good verbal & written Communication skills, must be able to use own initiative and effective team player
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and data entry.
- Experience of using computer software including Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook etc
