Responsibilities

• Prior relevant experiences e.g Business Analysis, Project Management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
• Excellent analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas.
• Strong influencing and people management skills.

Processes

• Ensure effective delivery of all key CIB HR outputs to Group and Business level forums and committees, including partnering on drafting of MT level papers as required.

Work you will do:

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. The Sales Performance Enablement (SPE) Business Partner – Account Management supports and enables Account Managers (AMs) and leaders by providing data insights to drive growth, and ensuring that tools and processes which support AMs are optimized.

Role summary:

The role will be accountable for managing the operating rhythm and deliverables for AM leadership teams, ensuring that the team is well positioned to achieve against strategic plans and objectives. You will lead the business by bringing data driven insights which deliver growth and anticipate risks. Through partnership with relevant functions, you will encourage adoption of enablement tools, processes and standard methodologies, and identify areas for improvement.

What you'll be doing:

The role has a number of responsibilities which fall into three areas: Business Management, Business Partnering and Improving Productivity

Business Management:

• Ensure AM operating rhythm is coordinated and driving value, including the pipeline and forecast rhythm and account plan reviews
• Build effective communication plans for AM teams

Business Partnering

• Support Market Heads to run the business as a strategic advisor
• Build action plans to improve the health of the business through regular review of key leading and lagging indicators
• Proactively review analytics to bring insights and drive a data-driven decision making culture
• Coordinate and translating business requirements for delivery at scale

Improving Productivity
