The Role:
As a Project Manager, with strong project management capabilities and a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects in Government and Commercial sectors, you will be responsible for:
Project Management
- Project leadership in delivering Manage Print Services, Document Outsourcing and Communication Services, Business Process Services and Business Application Solutions through structured methodologies
- Oversee and support the implementation of projects, tracking and controlling all project phases and activities, risk management and quality assurance
- Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects’ operations with various cross functional stakeholders
- Produce Project Artefacts compliant with, and subject to the Fujifilm Business Innovation Project Framework
- Ensure approval and sign-off of all necessary project deliverables and Artefacts
- Control project design and planning activities associated with projects
- Assist Management to deliver business improvement outcomes as required
- Manage customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction through the application of stakeholder management disciplines
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate and evaluate project requirements and develop processes to ensure successful and sustainable execution of the project
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM preferably
- At least 2 to 3 years’ working experience in IT projects
- Have a good understanding in technology, particularly as related to imaging software and hardware, document integration
- Adequate project management capabilities in managing IT projects
- Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team
- Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
- Result and customer-service oriented
- Committed and responsible team player with ability to interact with all levels
