FULL TIME, PERMANENTTERM TIME with an additional 10 working days.
START DATE: 21 August 2024 or as soon as possible
Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (with a 45-minute lunch break) term time plus 10 working days. However, flexibility is essential as evening work will be required.SALARY: £23,585 per annum, pro rata - £25,276 per annum, pro rata (actual £21,585 - £23,133 per annum)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN DUTIES:
The key aim of a Schools Liaison Officer is to ensure that prospective students receive high-quality Information at events and assemblies and throughout the year, enabling prospective students to make an informed choice about their post 16 studies. This will involve working within the Schools’ Liaison Team to provide an innovative and proactive Admissions, Marketing and Schools’ Liaison service. The post holder will build, develop, and maintain effective partnerships with staff in schools, prospective students, their parents and guardians and stakeholders internal and external to the College. Skills, Knowledge and Experience • A working knowledge of X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• The ability to create and write engaging marketing materials/content.
• The role requires considerable previous experience in an administrative role.
