We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Education Counselor with a strong background in sales and marketing to join our team. As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, reaching out to potential students, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our educational programs to prospective students and their parents through various marketing channels
- Conduct personalized counselling to understand the needs and goals of students and assist them in making informed decisions
- Develop and maintain a network of potential students through leads generation and follow up activities
- Stay up to date with the latest educational trends and market insight by performing market analysis and research on competitor
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the enrollment process.
General Requirements
- Candidate from other education background such as Degree, Diploma or SPM with proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/ customer service role are welcome to apply.
- Able to maintain friendly and professional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Working experience in a higher education institution or in marketing/sales would be an advantage.
- Able to perform under stressful and tight-deadline situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Persistent and result-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Working hours: 8.30am -6pm (5 days/ week)
