The Premier Inn is loved by millions of guests in the UK and beyond. We're looking for someone to join our Group Bookings Team. We take many bookings both online and the phone and are looking for someone who can support our business and leisure customers with their bookings. This will be anything from taking the booking through to solving any issue which the customer may have.

You'll have a case load of work that comes through, mostly by email but can also be on the phone.  You'll be responding to these quote requests, informing customers of hotel pricing etc.  If they want to go ahead with the booking, you'll confirm the booking with them.  These are both tracked on an excel tracker so a basic understanding of excel is a must and you'll be trained on the systems that we use to create the bookings so being comfortable using systems is important.

As a B2B Marketing Executive you'll be instrumental in supporting content creation and managing implementation across multiple channels. The channel scope is varied and extends across areas including: Sales, Web, CRM, PR and Partnerships.
You'll be collaborating with other teams within Customer Marketing and Sales to ensure that our customers are delivered the right message, through the right channel, at the right time to maximise revenue and customer experience.

What you'll do
You'll implement B2B content campaigns to retain managed clients including SME's, Corporates, Groups and TMC clients.
Develop sales support and educational content to support the acquisition and retention of existing clients.
Provide support for tradeshows, events and webinars. Working with the sales team agree calendar of events, create supporting marketing collateral, and attend where necessary.

Sales Manager
Working with other internal teams: Business Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations and the Commercial Leads you'll be offering a great proposition that will make potential customers wonder why they would need to consider staying anywhere else.
Your relationship management, will-to-succeed, desire and passion will enable you to become a success in this role. 80% of the role will be Account Management with 20% being New Business, through leads, many of which are 'warm' already. We also like to think that signing up to the No.1 budget hotel brand isn't that much of a hard sell! You'll have a clear run, in terms of the business you bring on board and the value of that business to Premier Inn.

Salary: £28,500 - £33,500 + up to 30% bonus
