As a Territory Sales Manager in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of Xiaomi products in your designated area. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to achieve sales targets and ensure the growth of Xiaomi’s market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to drive product visibility and availability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper product placement, stock levels, and promotional activities.
- Implement and manage sales campaigns, promotions, and events to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide training and support to the sales team, distributors, and retailers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Chhatarpur and Madhya Pradesh.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
