What exactly will you be doing?

As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead our procurement function, aligning activities with organisational goals while ensuring transparency, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships and drive compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Your role will be pivotal in professionalising our procurement processes and balancing strategic vision with operational excellence. This role sits with the Performance and Transformation portfolio and reports into Finance Director.

Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy
Identify and deliver cost savings without compromising quality
Enhance supplier relationship management and performance

What exactly will you be doing?


As our Employee Engagement and Communications Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our People team's efforts to foster a connected and engaged workforce. You will support with creation and delivery of our internal communications, crafting engaging content for various platforms and helping to organise regular staff events. What exactly will you be doing?

Major objectives

The key objectives for the role are:

Manage complex and high-risk queries and complaints across various communication channels
Assessing key applications and making risk-based decisions in line with relevant processes and regulatory requirements
Work proactively to achieve both team and organisational targets, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Spearhead improvements to processes and customer journeys, including identifying enhancement opportunities and developing support materials

Contribute to delivering digital projects while maintaining exemplary standards for AAT's online presence, supporting the enhancement of our digital products.
