ROLE: Commercial Property Fee Earner (Legal)

Key Responsibilities

• Advising national and regional businesses, banks, developers, and landowner clients on all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Contributing to further growth and servicing the existing client base.

Service Care Legal are currently working with a reputable law firm, based in Exeter, which is in need of qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 1- 4 years of in Property Litigation work to join their Dispute Resolution Department.

ROLE: Property Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive

LOCATION: Exeter

SALARY: £45,000 to £60,000

The Person:

• Handle Property Litigation cases whilst providing excellent client care services
• Attend court and tribunal hearings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence

The Requirements:
