- Perform Carpentry tasks including installations, repairs and maintenance work in occupied properties
- Undertake general multi-trade duties including minor plumbing, tiling, and plastering.
- carry out first time fix and liaise with planners to achieve completion rate
- Liaise with clients to provide clear updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
