Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor cum Motion Graphics to support our videography and video editing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in graphics, motion graphics, and video editing, with a basic understanding of camera operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and editing of video content for various projects.
• Create and edit graphics and motion graphics for video and promotional materials. (Offline & Online)
• Support the videographer during shoots, including camera setup and operation.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video projects.
• Ensure that all video and graphic assets are organized and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma/certificate in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with graphic and motion graphic design (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator).
• Basic knowledge of camera equipment and shooting techniques.

Job Requirements:

• Have a food handler Food Handler Certificate / Typhoid Certificate and is aware of regulations concerning F&B industry.
• Knowledge of F&B is an advantage. Proven experience as a Restaurant / Café Manager preferably in Café or Restaurant. At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Excellent barista skills, with the ability to prepare a variety of coffee drinks to a high standard.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, long hours as needed and possess a positive attitude.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and inventory control.

Job Descriptions:

Responsibilities:

• Drive the COO to and from office in a safe and timely manner
• Provide personal protection and keeping the COO and his family from physical threat and invasion of privacy.
• Must be punctual in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedules, and if required, need to be available on erratic hours, long shifts, holidays, weekends, long distance travel, etc.

• Keep the vehicle clean at all times and maintain both interior and exterior for the purpose of appearance and sanitation of vehicle
• Maintain trip logs and reports, which are records of the destination, time and duration, the number of kilometres travelled and any receipts that are related to the trip
• Assisting with maintenance work as per assigned by the Manager when not driving the passengers.
• To maintain maintenance logbook for all University vehicles

Key Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment:

• Manages all issues pertaining to new international students into the University & renewal visa that is to gather, check and submit all paper works to Immigration for visa processing.
• Provides updates to international students, parents and agents pertaining to Student Pass (visa) /Special Pass/other application processes.
