R-Group International is currently looking for a Unified Communications Engineer with strong technical skills with a solid and proven range of experience in voice and UC platforms, and be part of their technical team, reporting to the Network Manager. R-Group is a market leader and has over 22 years of experience in delivering quality technology ICT solutions, backed by our passionate and expert team of ICT professionals.

FUNCTION:
To provide operational support, planning, design configuration, optimisation, hardening, security and other general responsibilities associated with voice and unified communications systems for R-Group internally and throughout the customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design
• Voice Infrastructure Troubleshooting
• Optimisation of R-Group Infrastructure
• Optimisation of Customer Infrastructure
• Configuration
• Certification and Training

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Relevant Qualifications in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of ICT experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
